Bacon Wrapped Tots with Fig Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in quarters
  • Fig jam (to serve)
  • Parsley, chopped (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. To prep, let the Potato Tots sit at room temperature for 5 - 10 minutes. Wrap each with a quarter slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Spread the bacon wrapped Potato Tots in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  4. Serve with a small dollop of fig jam on top or on the side for dipping! Garnish with chopped parsley.
