Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bag Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Crinkle Chips
- 3 oz brie, thinly sliced
- 2 oz prosciutto, torn into strips
- 2 oz hot salami, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp gherkins, sliced
- 2 tbsp mixed olives, halved
- 2 tbsp red pepper jelly
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- Preheat oven to low broil.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange a layer of cooked Crinkle Chips. Top evenly with brie, prosciutto, salami, and grated Parmesan.
- Broil for 2 minutes or until the brie is just softened and the meats are slightly crisp. Remove from oven.
- Top cooked Crinkle Chips with gherkins and olives, then dollop with red pepper jelly before serving.
